Yes. Every Préféré product is dermatologically tested to ensure safety and gentleness on all skin types.
Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
Do the products contain allergens?
Our formulas are gentle and designed for young, sensitive skin. Some fragrances may contain allergens in very small amounts — full details are available in the ingredient list on each product page. Our products have been dermatologically tested and confirmed suitable for sensitive skin by dermatologists.
Are the products made in Québec?
Yes, Préféré is proudly Québécois. Our products are formulated and made in Québec.
What is the shelf life of the products after opening?
Our products are good for up to 12 months after opening. You'll find the open jar icon on each product.
Can the products be used on sensitive skin?
Yes. Our formulas are designed to be gentle and respectful of all skin types, including sensitive skin.

What are the delivery times?
Your order will arrive within 2 to 5 business days.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on orders of $75 and over. For orders under that amount, a flat rate of $4.95 applies.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed. Make sure to double-check your cart before completing your purchase.
